This is just a feel good story. I don’t care much about the Jazz, or the Cavs really, but this is awesome for this kid. Sundiata Gaines was recently called up from Boise, ID on a ten day contract, to play for the Jazz. And in his first game, after only one practice with the team, wins the game for them at the buzzer on national tv.

Today, the Jazz signed him to 10 more days with the team. I guess they need more time to see if he’s clutch or not.

That’s what I want to see when I think of Dallas. City employees dancing. How can a just-released video look this dated? What’s with that song?

With all the high quality video productionists scattered around the area (I myself know at least four), this is the best they come up with? I’m embarrassed for my city. I guess this is what you get when you put an out-of-touch government agency in charge of a project for creatives. Death by committee.

What could make this more cornball? Vanilla Ice. Ha, but seriously, no one would put him in a video, even jokingly, would they? …did they?

What’s on, you ask? Cowboys vs Eagles! Playoffs start at 7, my man! Then Mavs vs Jazz at 7:30, but the thing I’m most excited about: Charles Barkley on SNL. It’s gonna be knuckleheaded turrible.
