That’s what I want to see when I think of Dallas. City employees dancing. How can a just-released video look this dated? What’s with that song?
With all the high quality video productionists scattered around the area (I myself know at least four), this is the best they come up with? I’m embarrassed for my city. I guess this is what you get when you put an out-of-touch government agency in charge of a project for creatives. Death by committee.
What could make this more cornball? Vanilla Ice. Ha, but seriously, no one would put him in a video, even jokingly, would they? …did they?
Listen for Brooke’s “THAT WAS AWESOME” 8 seconds before the end. Lulz. But no, it wasn’t just this sweet tunnel. When you finally get into the gate, you’re greeted with some red white and blue lit trees, along with santa in a tank (?) and some paratroopers. Very christmasy, very texas. The stage was set.
Being the magnanimous fellow that he is, ooliquidnightoo (aka special greg) decided it wasn’t enough to just bake delicious food like the regular hoi polloi. Oh no no. He went that extra mile and outlined exactly how you too can become a chicken pot pie hero to your friends and family.
Did you watch it yet? I loved the title cards, and what a beautiful, smooth cadence my man greg has, don’t you agree? Be sure to rate the video if you liked it and let’s encourage him to make more of these little videos.
4 my college blogger:Ya I was wondering if I could another link to this video I would love to see the fail action.
